Motadata HelpDesk is a database driven Windows application that manages IT Help Desk Tickets, Requests and Issues. The Help Desk maintains a history of all issues, customers and service activities. A powerful search engine helps find information quickly. Responses can be stored in a variety of file formats including plain text, HTML & PDF documents. Other convenient features include a Ticket Editor, a Ticket Reporter to generate reports and an integrated Ticket Queue to facilitate dispatching tasks in an orderly manner.
