"Great communication tool with super friendly UI"

What do you like best about Trengo? The friendly UI and their fast API ๐Ÿš€. Customer support is great too, quick and clear replies. What do you dislike about Trengo? Nothing to complain about, I'm really satisfied. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? We really needed an omnichannel communication tool with a solid API. Trengo has it all.

"Overcoming obstacles with Trengo"

What do you like best about Trengo? Many touch points for our customers. Google messages, Instagram (but not the DMs) Facebook etc. What do you dislike about Trengo? I'm missing the delivery status and a rule that can send a copy of the chat discussion back to the customer. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Social media integration with the chat and also they way that you have an open API and your customers can take advantage of it.

What do you like best about Trengo? Wij ontvangen meer dan 200 vragen per dag. Een groot team van medewerkers is dagelijks bezig deze te beantwoorden. "Works smooth, lots to explore"

What do you like best about Trengo? Widget with different channels, and hopefully soon the WhatsApi templates and if the Trengo API is good/steady/etc. What do you dislike about Trengo? Nothing yet, too early. Need to use a lot more. What problems is Trengo solving and how is that benefiting you? Main problem still needs to be solved. We did solve is to hear problems from our users sooners.

"Extremely easily digestible software with huge versatility (potential)"

What do you like best about Trengo? Very easy to use, lots of possibilities when it comes to the automation of certain steps. I really like the auto-labeling options, which easily structures all different conversations and types of feedback. What do you dislike about Trengo? Reporting feature far from perfect.
