What do you like best about tawk.to? Tawk.to is super easy to use and understand. It is very customizable to fit a variety of needs and is easy to set up. I love the quick use of macro's when talking to customers and how easy it is to add, edit or update them. What do you dislike about tawk.to? The chime scared the crap out of me each time it goes off. They banned my site and said it's for legal reasons. Refused to tell me why and this is just a drop-shipping website. I've read all their terms and conditions and still haven't had a clue as to what I could have done.

I was scammed by a website that uses their service

I was scammed by a website that uses their service: mygermany.com and their website uses tawk.to. Their chat support is useless. Their entire business model is. This is because their chat support does not have any power to properly coordinate or manage the issues their service is attached to, and they support/condone scammers like mygermany.com. Basically what they do is just allow the scammers to hide behind their service and act as proxy for the customers which is very pointless.
