What do you like best? It's reasonably priced, has good log functionality, the reps like to use it. What do you dislike? We lose UTM and source tracking on leads for some reason and there fore, leads come in with incomplete data and chat transcripts have to get manually added to our salesforce records. What do you like best? I liked its ease of use and we never ran into technical difficulties with it. "Well built system with great features."
What do you like best? The system has an intuitive back-end packed with features that are well built, customizable and reliable. What do you dislike? As new features are rolled out, SnapEngage sometimes requires that you contact a rep to switch over to the newer version even if there is no cost involved.
