What do you like best about Koncert? ConnectLeader is a powerful tool and they have great customer service to help you use the tool they way you need to get the results you are targeted. The tool is easy to use and train new MDR/SDRs to use to prospect and build out a pipeline and target a marketing campaign. What do you like best about Koncert? The AI dialers allow me to produce more dials and convert more leads in less time. Allowing me to see an drastic increase in production, and overall happiness during cold call sessions. What do you dislike about Koncert? I have not had any negative experiences with the platform thus far. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Moving away from manual dialining was huge, especially when dealing with large prospect lists.

What do you like best about Koncert? It's a purpose built no nonsense conversation machine. It doesn't waste time I could have spent talking navigating a phone tree or dealing with a dial tone. The custome success team has helped us iron out the kinks we'd had in how our data was pulled into our lists and it's made a world of difference from previous dialers.
