What do you like best about DigitalGenius? From the initial pitch all the way through the different steps of the trial period Digital Genius has been very transparent, approachable at any time and clear on what to expect. What do you like best about DigitalGenius? Used for automation : It is quite accurate for a bot, the team is really nice and supportive. It is flexible, we can adapt it for a lot of different issues. What do you dislike about DigitalGenius? "Easy Automation and Great Customer Experience"
What do you like best about DigitalGenius? The process is so easy to set up and even if you cannot automate certain systems there is always a way around this. We are yet to integrate our warehouse system into the tool. We have even hooked up a Google Sheets file which is a great interim solution for internal IT issue work around. They think along, are well organized and offer a good product that allows us to improve the lives of our service agents and customers. What do you dislike about DigitalGenius? "A good asset to have in your CE team"
What do you like best about DigitalGenius? Using the co-pilot and full automation for certain recurring questions, DG gives us more time to focus on requests needing more attention and expertise. What do you dislike about DigitalGenius? A few things could be improved but no major pain point What problems is DigitalGenius solving and how is that benefiting you? I wouldn't say we solved a problem, it's more about optimisation and saving time.
