"Amazing HR and Payroll System for Small Businesses"
What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits is an awesome HR and Payroll platform! It is very user-friendly both from an employer and employee perspective. Reporting is easy and customizable! I definiely would highly recommend it! What do you dislike about Zenefits? Sometimes customer service is a little slow. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? "Anyone can learn to use it!"
What do you like best about Zenefits? The ease of using and the technical support when I needed it What do you dislike about Zenefits? Sometimes I can't refind what I need easily. Could be more intuitive. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Not being familiar with human resources at all, it has allowed me to hire, pay employees, not worry about quarterly taxes getting paid, run reports when needed, year-end reports for accountants. "Smooth Transition and Intuitive Interface"
What do you like best about Zenefits? Zenefits is easy to use, and the transition from other payroll systems was smooth. The app is intuitive and it incorporates all of the benefits + payroll that my small nonprofit needs. What do you dislike about Zenefits? The one downside is the automated customer support. I wish it had a quicker response time. What problems is Zenefits solving and how is that benefiting you? Streamlining payroll and timesheet management, along with onboarding new employees.

Helped my HR workload!
Great tool for new or established businesses. It made payroll and PTO management turnkey! It is not the best scheduling tool, but it does have a scheduling feature (but that was not sure important to us). I also brought my own insurance broker into Zenefits, which is the best of both worlds!

Zenefits does a lot for less
Zenefits has been crucial as we've scaled our organization from around 12 employees to nearly 50. The platform is easy to use both as an administrator and employee, and the tech support is excellent. It's a great HRIS, and it's even better when you consider the cost.

Zenefits is scalable and intuitive
Zenefits is scalable and intuitive Zenefits is easy to use. It doesn't require much training and I was able to learn on the job. But it does provide training and the account managers are responsive and helpful. We went from 30 employees to 120 within a year and are still growing. Payroll is easy and doesn't require too much attention.

Highly Recommend Zenefits!
Great platform that really encompasses almost everything you could possibly need to help your business to run smoothly. We have 3 companies and use Zenefits for all 3. Highly recommend them!

I trust Zenefits completely
I trust Zenefits completely! I've been with Zenefits for a few years now and I feel like we've grown our businesses together. I use them for Onboarding New Hires, HR and Payroll. As a small business owner, I'm always tempted to just jump in and do things myself which inevitably leads to some sort of mess.
