What do you like best about Vetstoria? Totally customisable with lots of neat tricks and rules so you can set it and forget it. Regularly updating and re-evaluating new features.

"If you are not using Vetstoria you are a dinosaur and we know what happened to them!"
What do you like best about Vetstoria? Vetstoria reduces our reception workload. It saves us money as fewer receptionists are required. It never needs a holiday and is never sick. Clients like, no, expect to be able to book online these days. The system takes prepayments so fewer no shows and improved cash flow.

What do you like best about Vetstoria? We love giving our clients the option to book at their convenience at any time of day. We can control where they can book based on their appt needs as well as who they book with based on the species of their pets.

"Impressive, has saved us a lot of reception hours in admin"
What do you like best about Vetstoria? Integrates well with our current PMS and is easy to configure to allow different appointment types. We currently use Robovet and are migrating to Merlin shortly but will be taking all of our current features and more with us. Good level of control over what is booked when without being too cluttered. Interface is easy to navigate and use - intuitive.

"Effective schedule management"
What do you like best about Vetstoria? It's an effective booking system, with good customer service. The different vet settings are really handy and convienient. That way the client can already pick which vet they wanna see beforehand.

What do you like best about Vetstoria? Offers online appointment booking, you can book appointments anytime, anywhere, from any device. Moreover it is super easy to set up and maintain, adds and removes new staff as needed, in addition to being fully customizable to display the number of appointments for which you want to allow online bookings. What do you like best about Vetstoria? The menu was easy to navigate and the software ran smooth. What do you dislike about Vetstoria?
