UserTesting has been a fun and engaging way to make some extra money each month. The platform is easy to use and it has become a reliable form of extra income for my family. It’s always fun to see what the steps are on the tests and try to help the clients out.

They are the best!

I really really appreciate and enjoy usertesting they not.only care about their clients but also their testing contributors .I love how many opportunities they offer and the ability to pause a test if something comes up is unlike any others and this is in my book one of their greatest attribute along with their quick communication. Really highly recommend this to anyone.

What do you like best about UserTesting? We encounter so many questions in our creative process. I love being able to try out new designs and copy and get feedback from target customers and audiences so quickly. I learn something critical every time we run another test.

What do you like best about UserTesting? I really love how user friendly the site is and the support network that comes with the platform. There are a lot of useful tools available from creation of the study, conducting the study and analyzing the results. The company is constantly thinking of new ways to improve the experience of the platform and make it easier to do research for our company.

Usertesting UX testing

Usertesting consistently provides interesting studies to participate in, taking in lots of different functional areas. The website / app is slick and works very well.

Good for extra money

Usertesting is a good way to make some extra money, it's fun and each job pays quite well. Recording and going through the tasks as instructed is easy to get into. (It does get old that the same instructions are shown before setting up to record, but I guess it could be useful if one comes back to the site and has forgotten stuff, and it only takes a second to click away anyway) I've only qualified for three tests so far but it could be because of my location, and I've received payment ...

This is a great company to work with

This is a great company to work with, I have been with usertesting for almost two years and I am very happy, sometimes it is very difficult to qualify for a test and sometimes the recorder does not work, but most of the time I am very happy working with them

Great site at first - then their true colours show

Great site at first. Signed up, completed 6 tests, two really well paid. Had two 1 hour interviews with new and upcoming companies, who both said they really valued my responses, and 5 star ratings on every single test. Then all of a sudden no tests coming through. Two weeks later of no tests, unable to access my account, and after a tonne of emails to customer service (which are useless by the way, just robots that don't actually read anything) they say I 'deleted my account'. I never ...

I feel obligated to write this review not because user testing told me to, but because it brings me joy. I have done around 58 reviews so far..and they paid me well too. I would totally recommend this to everyone who wants me to be a part of it...

Best testing platform

Very professional platform, which connect me to great projects, I feel important and heard, by knowing that I am helping to build excellent user experience based softwares and apps.
