What do you like best about Totango? Customizable success plays are my favorite thing to use and create. Staying on top of a book of business of 100+ clients can get tricky, so automating reminders when something happens with the client's health score keeps me very proactive. What do you like best about Totango? I can follow the customer engagement and their usage in our system. What do you dislike about Totango? Sometimes the key contact tab in the lower right contact is outdated from the "Last active" perspective. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me build monthly e-mail outreach. I can follow their usage and the software engagement level. I have most of the necessary information about the account I am working with.
