Smooth experience, easy to use.
What do you like best? The connection is nice and quick. It's extremely handy having PowerShell and command line access to windows based systems. What do you dislike? Sometimes when rebooting a system it can take a while to reconnect. There are times a new session needs to be started instead of waiting with the window open. Useful and quick
What do you like best? I like how user friendly the interface is for take control. I also enjoy how simple it is to setup and to implement it on our clients computers. It is also a very handy tool as I am able to remote into my clients computers with a laptop or a tablet using take control. What do you dislike? The update process with take control is hit or miss. There will be one good update that fixes bugs, and then the next update will create new bugs that we have to work around. ...

Beats the pants off Teamviewer
What do you like best? It works well, is fast and has a full set of features. We ditched Teamviewer for Takecontrol because we could avoid additonal per person and channel costs and it was the start of us earning MRR. Quite excited about the Passportal integration What do you dislike? Nothing really. We don't have any issues with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? easy secured access to our clients networks to provide support as needed.

So much easier than Screen Connect
What do you like best? we love the fact that we can access every protected client right from the RMM portal! It works almost flawlessly. What do you dislike? I don't like the popup that happens (often) for multiple screens. I cannot figure out why the small screen 1 & 2 popup keeps showing in the upper right. Great Remote Control software
What do you like best? The responsiveness of the software along with the file transfer / registry / command prompt feature is great. Customers really like the build in chat feature as well. It also deals with multiple displays wonderfully as well. What do you dislike? I dislike the command prompt design with the textbox at the bottom to input commands. Solid Product! No Complaints
What do you like best? The ease of use of Take Control has always been my choice of accessing my orgs clients. We like the security features, ability to disable peripherals on end user's machine, etc. In my experience, it has been incredibly reliable and stable. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy one click execution for connecting to remote devices. What do you dislike? I have not experienced any issues yet using Take Control. What do you like best? Take Control gives us quick remote access without any extra agents. What do you dislike? No recording of remote sessions, this is necessary What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Help desk has easy access to provide help.

Fast remote access utility
What do you like best? It connects extremely fast. I also like the file transfer capability. What do you dislike? Sometimes it causes serious resources issues on the machine you are connecting to.
