Sling Review
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to check available shifts on sling. What do you dislike? I don't like the group chat feature because mine was always full of messages that didn't apply to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling was very easy with the phone App. It was very accessible.

It makes it so easy!
What do you like best? I love how the interface is so user-friendly! What do you dislike? Sometimes if more than one person is using the program, it results in glitches. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would oversee the product download for all employees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employees can schedule themselves!

Good Scheduling App
What do you like best? It was easy to see work schedules (not just mine but also my coworkers’) on Sling. The messaging feature was also great for finding coverage or switching shifts. What do you dislike? My supervisor (who loaded the schedules into Sling) said the process was difficult and time consuming. Recommendations to others considering the product: I’ve used calendar apps that were more intuitive, but this is nice for communicating with a small team! What problems are ...

Sling is a great service!
What do you like best? I love how easily I can organize my team and for them to review their schedules without having to ask me when they’re working. What do you dislike? Other than a few services that are not included without having to buy a subscription, there is nothing I dislike about Sling. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I took over as the head of my team, they were using Word to create their schedules for the month. It ...

Lags freezes and doesnt load quickly once it does it freezes Recommendations to others considering the product: It does the job. I get my schedule. Sling Scheduling
What do you like best? Sling takes some time to get use to but once you learn the ins and outs, you can fly through it with ease. I like that you're able to schedule employees and see all the shifts and overlapping dates on one page. What do you dislike? It does take a long time to get use to. It can sometimes freeze which can be rather annoying because if you're in a rush to get schedules out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We ...

Effective communication across business units
What do you like best? Sling is a great free program that makes company communication easier. It's similar to an internal Social media platform like Facebook because it has messaging, a daily feed and all your contacts. We were having communication issues between our internal teams and Sling Was the right system to solve those problems. When you post you can see who viewed your info which is great for ensuring everyone is involved. What do you dislike? Probabaly the scheduling aspect, ...

Sling takes time to get used to, have had both good and bad experiences depending on use
What do you like best? Seeing the whole layout of the schedule including your availability, your shifts, shifts you can apply for, and shifts that have already been applied to but are maybe still available What do you dislike? The multiple tabs make for good organization but for me at least too time to get used to.The worst part about using it was just waiting on other users to apply for shifts so that we could see the full schedule sooner. In addition, availability could not be ...

Easy to use, quick and seamless scheduling
What do you like best? We started using this to sign up for shifts and see schedules. It’s so easy and always up to date right on my phone What do you dislike? I wish I could see a monthly view instead of just a week at a time. It would be helpful to see the whole month when looking at my scheduled shifts. Recommendations to others considering the product: So easy and functional for staff What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Much cheaper than cable!
What do you like best? Pricing! On demand options, live cable! What’s not to love? What do you dislike? Only allowed on 1 screen at a time. Other than that, its great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cable is too expensive. And I don’t always watch every channel available. Sling was the perfect compromise.
