I signed up to try their services

I signed up to try their services. I only managed to test sending out one mail to 50 of my members before they instantly banned me citing a violation of their terms. When I asked their support about it they simple told me that they didn't have the means to read the reasons behind it and failed to provide any help whatsover.Don't signup for this company. They are a joke. I'm just glad that I never had the chance to give them any money before they chose to reveal their true form.

Perfect Product

What do you like best? The ability to customize the way I send my emails through our in-house software and the ability to sync the two together so effortlessly. What do you dislike? I have been a paying corporate customer…

I have been a paying corporate customer of Sendgrid for 7 years and am very frustrated at the inability to talk to a human being about my account in the UK. So last week I went to their London offices and waited for 3 1/2 hours in the lobby to see a Sendgrid representative. Nothing aside from a very apologetic member of the front desk staff.i have mailed their CEO and their US office nothing ....I run a B2C business and if we treated our customers like that we would have very few customers....

Excellent performance, features, and documentation

What do you like best? I like the flexibility and range of solutions that Sendgrid offers. I appreciate the Sendgrid platform provides SBMSCloud the ability to integrate email into our proprietary customer management solution as well as providing a suite of ready made solutions to assist with our marketing activities. Sendgrid is by far the best emailing…

Sendgrid is by far the best emailing tool on the market. You can see open rates and bounce rate on their dashboars which is extremely convenient

BEWARE do not give credit card

BEWARE do not give credit card! We subscribed to their service. Next day, they terminate our account citing "violation of terms of service", without giving us an opportunity to clarify our position. But they still charged our credit card and refused to refund the amount.They are within their right to terminate any account, but you cannot charge fees for services you have not provided.

Good until I needed to use their support

My IPs were un-whitelisted so I could not send emails OR log in to fix the issue.First support email said I needed to call them, but there is no phone number. Nowhere on their website. Finally found one on my bill and when I called it said all tech support is done online... which I can't access because I'm locked out.No response to my emails hours later.Emergency phone number goes to voicemail and no one calls you back.Apart from this the service has been good. What do you like best? The API/Software Integration is a breeze and very easy to use. The reports are easy to generate and to understand. As well as the documentation and training information.
