Best support team ever

What do you like best? I really like the support they give us. All of their project managers are kind and helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are some bugs in the system. It happens, but they always provide a fast solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't really discovered all of the platform's possibilities and this is my first take at Marketing Automation, however in my personal experience the possibilities are perfectly sufficient for a small company such as mine. What do you like best? If you compared the customer service, the costs of the platform and his benefits you'll love this solutions.
