We love having the ability to automatically survey our apartment community residents at key touch points, like when they first move in or after a maintenance request is completed. The rep and the SME for their system have been outstanding and very responsive to our needs.
What do you like best? I like that they are fast to respond to questions. What do you dislike? There are no downsides to using reputation.com that I have noticed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Electronic customer surveys yield a much higher response rate as opposed to our previous paper/mail method.

What do you like best? It is easy to solicit reviews from patients. What do you dislike? It is difficult to resolve Google My Business issues with Reputation. Fixing issues has been hit or miss Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't expect changes to GMB profiles to happen quickly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rolling out the review solicitation has been efficient and useful.

Platform is great for third party review monitoring
What do you like best? The Third party review monitoring is great. What do you dislike? Identifying key drivers of survey scores is lacking. Hard to determine what areas should be focused on. A lot of promises.
What do you like best? Reputation.com (RDC) really wants to bend over backwards for us they want to do everything that we need. But it feels like it's always far in the future when another CRM or ORM already has the process down. I am in RDC daily. It holds all my company's data.
