What do you like best about People Element? People Element is a great tool to survey your employees and get a pulse on how engagement is going and your business's overall strengths and weaknesses. I like how you can filter responses by different questions and variables.

What do you like best about People Element? I've used People Element at two companies. Here at current company, I've used the product for engagement surveys. At previous company, I used the product for both surveys and performance review at year end. This was a while back so not sure how relevant. For surveys its easy to use. I've never ran into issues. For performance reviews, this was not the right tool for the job.
