Implementaion was smooth and simple. We linkedour HR system Bamboo, on an automated connection which enabled any chages to pay ect to be feed through top Pento and meant we could reatin once source of the truth for data and meant changes did not need to be manually keyed from the HR system to the payroll system.

What do you like best about Pento? I love the fact that I have instant access to all previous months and have the indicator of differences between months so I can easily spot changes and react if anything is incorrect.
