It’s bit on the expensive side of the spectrum & lacks customization What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Its interface and fact that it gives efficient results to understands customers better. What do you dislike? The costing ! Can we have multi options too ? What do you like best? Ease of use. Direct connection to Oracle ERP and Oracle RDBMS. Its aldo have connection set up the different business intelligence applications such as Tableau, Business Objects, etc What do you dislike? Cost to serve.
