Good

Good, but not great. There are some problems that other a/b testing tools don't have, like they consider a link with UTM parameters a completely different link. Other tools 'understand' that this is the same page. You have to double check everything

We had a pretty bad experience with…

We had a pretty bad experience with their customer support and the product in general. Our tech team did an obvious mistake during the integration, but we had to figure out the problems ourselves as Omniconvert didn't help, even though they said multiple times that they checked everything and it was fine. This ruined our experience and trust in the product.

The product lacks some extra features…

The product lacks some extra features that we wanted to see and the customer support is not that great, but price/product ratio is still pretty great

Must have CRO tool for ecommerce

What do you like best? I heard about this tool for some time but it seemed to me a little bit pricey and I wasn't sure if I would really benefit from it since our ecommerce store has low traffic (12-20000ses/month). But the opportunity presented itself when Omniconvert launched Relief Fund campaign in which they give one-year free access to their tools (as far as I know you still can apply for this program). What do you like best? The platform is flexible, intuitive and easy to use by any marketer. It's true, the platform also allows more complex approaches to its functionalities, in which case programming knowledge is helpful. The Omniconvert support team was, at least in my case, exceptional and responded professionally to my needs. A support at its very best. What do you like best? Omniconvert can make wonders on your website, no kidding! You can run A/B testing, personalizations, overlays and surveys and so the possibilities are almost limitless. And on top of all the support is on another level. Just contact somebody from their team and you'll get all the assistance that you need from people that are really passionate about their work.
