What do you like best about Olark? I like that Olark is very easy to use, very quick and I can chat with multiple clients at once. What do you dislike about Olark? I would like more options on the sounds settings. What problems is Olark solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving problems with clients getting our mobile locations, and obtaining their pet records.

What do you like best about Olark? With Olark you get a full customer support team for a fraction of the price. I love being able to create automated messages that pop up depending on the different web pages the visitor lands on. I choose what messages the visitor is greeted with and can A/B test each. What do you like best about Olark? It's a simple tool and it lets us interact with customers at a very important step in the buying process. Love how simple it is to adjust settings for the chat, seems to be very easy for the users to use as well which is very important (we've used other chat platforms before where costumers felt lost and ended up just calling).
