Allows us to get a grasp on what industries and specific companies are interested in out products and where they are located. What do you dislike? Helps to identify who came to my site

What do you like best? The software helps me and the sales team to identify companies (reverse IP-tracking) that come to our site. This way, we can follow up accordingly, and as a marketer, I can turn those visits into 'bottom-of-the-funnel' early-stage leads by placing them in my nurturing campaigns. What do you dislike? As a marketer, I like everything. The only complaints I am getting come from the sales team. The sales want more leads and Lead Forensics can be a distraction ...

Very cool product

What do you like best? I love being able to see who has visited our site and what they are looking at. This info helps me with creating landing pages and in creating content. What do you dislike? Closing deals from leads seems slow. Not sure if this is the software or the culture. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Its actually helped me in creating some keywords for search and to see what content drives people to the site.

The service did not generate one single lead - the information that was provided was very generic and was not helpful. the salesman made promises that were not possible - claimed all conversations were recorded, but when ask to replay the conversation to back up what was said - apparently the recording was lost - total scam!!!
