Great customer service that doesn't drop you as soon as they get your money

What do you like best? Alexander Glick, our new Customer Success Manager, has given us several actionable ideas to boost the value we get from our website leads. What do you dislike? It's not magic so your company has to work to be maximize the value of Lead Forensics. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our website traffic is on target but we need to be more active in pursuing leads.

What's not to like?

What do you like best? The service itself is invaluable but the customer service is incredible. Clarissa and Caroline are first-rate and helped make the purchase and training enjoyable and effective. We can't wait to get rolling with leads, leads, leads. What do you dislike? Nothing to see here....move along. We are in the process of implementing but so far so good. Great for warm leads!

What do you like best? The CRM integration makes it easy to assign leads to sales for them to start working within their CRM. What do you dislike? The query data process could be a little quicker, but still a very helpful feature! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Identifying more leads to reach out to. Since we are able to contact the opportunity earlier in their journey it allows us to get ahead of our competition.

Great experience with Alexander Glick

What do you like best? I'm brand new to my company, as well as Lead Forensics. Alex was super helpful with showing me some of the basics and breaking it down so it didn't seem so confusing. What do you dislike? No problems or dislikes about Lead Forensics so far! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generating leads, seeing what companies are looking at our website, what pages are getting the most views, etc.
