What do you like best? I like that Klaviyo integrates with Segment which allows me to see a full user activity history and send sms and email at key points in their journey. What do you dislike? We are migrating from mailchimp and I don’t like the extremely long wait to export user lists. Sometimes upwards of 40 minutes. Incredible predictive data and great customer service!

What do you like best? Our previous ESP was much larger, and we were never able to get the help that we needed from our account manager. Klaviyo Customer Support and our manager are so responsive and helpful, it has been an absolute game changer.
