DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Your files are not safe!They have a terrible moronic business policy. Granted i might be dumb for not reading through terms, but they literally removed and deleted ALL my files after downgrading my account to free after 3 months unpaid. Literally nothing left.I was out of the country, lost my credit card, and simply assumed that as with Dropbox they just limit your ability to upload while you are downgraded. Not the case. Do NOT buy into this.. Recently the kind people behind Jottacloud realized that their business plan with unlimited space is unsustainable, so they have started a campaign, where they simply send you a letter claiming that they think you are violating their terms of service, by using your private account for commercial purposes. Slow backup, unstable software and poor service
Slow backup, slow download, unstable software. If you are a photographer, videographer, vlogger or musician and upload videos, photographs and/or music, they will deem your personal stuff in violation of their terms and conditions, and force you to convert to a business account, no matter the nature of your content. - They will react, if you use their "unlimited" personal account, which it is NOT unlimited, no matter what they claim. JottaCloud offers good service
JottaCloud offers good service, they usually reply pretty fast. They offer an unlimited storage plan!Although the site is a little slow. But hey, for €7.50 p/m you cannot complain for unlimited!

The BEST Backup Solution Available
Jottacloud is one of the best cloud backup packages on the market. Yes, it's slightly more expensive than the competition but the UI is far easier to use and backups are always reliable and trusted.Previously I used Livedrive and although initially it was satisfactory, as my backup completed it started to refuse to backup certain files.I'm really glad I moved to Jottacloud - peace of mind, reliable and simple to use - 5 Stars every time!

Reliable, solid and exceeds expectation...
Superb customer experience from start to finish backed up (pardon the pun) with an excellent product. The software and apps are solid performers and the server speed of up/downloads is on top form consistently. The option to have sync/backup and archive is incredibly useful and much more on offer than the usual backup solutions. Highly recommended!

An "okay" private cloud solution
Jottacloud's pricing and software is decent.As a product it seems unfinished, though.Interacting with their Backup solution and website interface is clunky.Their Camera Upload feature doesn't yet support Android intuitively.Support was brief and precise but unhelpful in my case.I have now closed my paid account at Jottacloud, and I will be using Dropbox with Boxcryptor instead.
