"Nice for organization but few glitches"

What do you like best about Hiver? I really love how we are able to keep organized throughout the day and assign messages to different team members! Helps keep workflow and our team running smoothly! What do you dislike about Hiver? It tends to be delayed with our messages coming through all the time or the numbers on the side of the page are not accurate- can be confusing and a bit annoying for us and our customers when they don't hear back as quickly! What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to tag team members in notes directly connected to specific communications. What do you dislike about Hiver? Does not smoothly integrate with Gmail and ends up affecting Gmail filters and labels. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing communications with colleagues without forwarding.

"Useful tool with occasional bugs."

What do you like best about Hiver? Super easy implementation to turn your inbox into a real support ticketing system. Works like a charm and I love the ability to create templates for common tickets. What do you dislike about Hiver? We've had it crash a few times which just requires a simple page refresh to fix so not a bit problem. I'd love it if it worked on Mobile too for working on the go. What do you like best about Hiver? - Collaberative aspect, seeing the whole team's emails in one space - automation, assigning emails to specific people What do you dislike about Hiver? nothing yet, I'm a new user so maybe I will find something to complain about in the future. What do you like best about Hiver? Helpful seeing what others are doing on the same projects so that we don't work on top of each other. What do you dislike about Hiver? I hate how inconsistent it is and it doesnt have all the features that I think a sharing feature like this should offer. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? I like that I can create shared mailboxes for my team, shared folders with assigned managers, and customizable options per folder. I LOVE how it integrates with GMAIl. I love how I can tag a team member with a customer/client's email. We regularly hyperlink to client's emails for references in our CRM.
