"Hippo - Amazing software"

What do you like best about Hippo? The features are helpful and save me time. I love using it for my daily tasks What do you dislike about Hippo? The user interface is a bit laggy at times and there is a learning curve for new users, apart from this hippo rocks. What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you? Hippo works great for our marketing automation strategies and makes our daily lives easier.

"Decent product"

What do you like best about Hippo? Easy to use. Good UI/UX and customer success is really helpful. The product is feature-rich. What do you dislike about Hippo? The product is not stable. They focus on features a lot, and the product breaks down. What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps in communication with customers and automating marketing practices like emails and WhatsApp.

"Excellent marketing product."

What do you like best about Hippo? An exceptional product that is simple to use and comprehend. such as the various priority levels and the calendar view. What do you dislike about Hippo? Sometimes, it stuck while saving the data of the orders. Except it, there is nothing to dislike. What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you? TAT on calls and workload have both decreased as a result of the fact that anyone at my company can enter a work order.

What do you like best about Hippo? they updated it so all the work orders can be viewed at one time the work orders are easy to fill out and close when completed they are also easily searched when needed it is also easy to add or delete work hours What do you dislike about Hippo? i do not really see any down side to it it is a simple program to use its easy to learn and understand and it can easily be taught to other employees it would be nice if the scroll buttons were darker and stood out ...

What do you like best about Hippo? It is easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive. No need for a smart brain to figure out how to use the system. What do you dislike about Hippo? What do you like best about Hippo? i like that I can manage my staff work orders, prioritize there work, and accurately add in generated work orders What do you dislike about Hippo? sometimes it was difficult to add users, or use a different internet explorer but it always worked with the hippo help What problems is Hippo solving and how is that benefiting you? we are using this to guide our maintenance tasks at our business. its beneficial for all staff to be on the same page of work orders
