I believe the tool is incredible, and it helped me a lot with my sales process
What do you like best? For me, Flow is the best tool. It helps me a lot, as well as being very intuitive. I can create a very structured email cadence very easily and even record all my activities very quickly. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Google Chrome Extension doesn't work. Everything you need to be a successful Sales Person or CSM!
What do you like best? A few of the features I like best are the meeting function, the Gmail extension and using Flows. I also use reminders quite a bit to be able to remember when I still need to set a time for a meeting to send another email or make another outgoing call if I haven't heard back from a contact. Groove is life-changing!
What do you like best? I love ALL capabilities of Groove. Using flows helps me to save a ton of time when it comes to outreach with customers. This outreach could be about business needs, promotions, renewals, etc. Since COVID, our company has had to downsize, which means the Account Managers have to cover more accounts, which means more work. What do you like best? I love the ability to create flows, track progress and the groove sidebar. What do you dislike? I wish there was an easier option to remove older groove flows then to have to go in and then remove, it seems like there should be an option from the main groove flow folder. Groove has greatly improved my outreach and follow-up processes!
What do you like best? Groove makes it extremely easy to stay on top of your outreach and follow-up. I often start my morning with a meeting already scheduled due to my automated flows. The dialer has made cold-calling a breeze by lining up all the phone calls I make and then connecting the call with a click of the mouse. What do you dislike? Pretty good, one main request, voicemail.
What do you like best? Sleek, integrates with Salesforce well, dashboards look pretty good. Flows work pretty well, can add variables. Analytics allow you to see insight into your numbers for past and present. Another feature is the ability to send calendar links and times to prospects, which is nice for online appointment scheduling. What do you dislike? I don't have a lot of downsides. Easy to use!
What do you like best? The Groove flows and the Groove reminders are my favorite features...Makes my job so much easier and ensures follow ups are done in a timely manner. What do you dislike? The meeting scheduler does not allow a Zoom link, causing me to resend the link after the participants have accepted the invite. Would be nice to include the link in the initial invite. Excellent sales engagement tool for enterprise using Sales force.
What do you like best? The best things about the Groove is Robotization - Lining up the best email layout for each lead. The convenience is great, and the capacity to rapidly log messages to different records makes work significantly simpler. Groove has a schedule scheduler like calendly that works well overall.
