Love Groove!

What do you like best? I love how Groove lives on top of our Salesforce database so information is transferred and synced in real time. Also - Groove Workspaces is fantastic. Our teams are collaborating more than ever with this tool. What do you dislike? Groove analytics is fantastic and provides all you would need to know - but when you export any data out, the data pull tends to leave out some key information. Grooviest Tool Out There

What do you like best? Ease of use is far superior to the competition. I've had the opportunity to use a number of these email automation and cadence tools and could not be more impressed by Groove. I've picked it up and been able to use Groove effectively in no time at all. The tracking, Salesforce integration, Gmail integration and ease of setting up templates and flows is great. What do you like best? Reliability/ efficient/ & effective/ Great Product What do you dislike? nothing to report as Groove makes the dream work What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Honestly the support that we receive from Groove is impeccable. Onboarding is very easy and anything we need is just a phone call away. Groove is an easy way to communicate with multiple people at once, I would recommend this to anyone!

What do you like best? Being able to talk to multiple people is one thing that I love best about Groove. Its super user friendly also! I actually am able to teach my coworkers on how to utilize Groove which they end up loving it too! What do you dislike? One of the downsides is the fact that sometimes creating a CSV doesn't translate well to Groove. After some tries I was able to understand it but I believe this could be changed for the better. Groove is an invaluable tool

What do you like best? The ability to track emails being opened for important emails is definitely my favorite feature. It gives you a great sense of whether important emails are being opened and reviewed by a customer. What do you dislike? There are few downsides to Groove.
