What do you like best about GReminders? The things we love about GReminders is that it makes it easy to schedule clients when they can be seen. Using the Round Robin feature our clients can choose next available, too, which is great for them. Also, the support is top notch. What do you like best about GReminders? We book client meetings 12 months in advance so getting a 14 day and 24 hour reminder is essential to ensure they don't forget we are coming! What do you dislike about GReminders? I cannot get client names embedded onto the remnders. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Supports clients to never forget an appointment or reschedule if needed.

What do you like best about GReminders? Ability to see when a client has responded to a calendar reminder and what their response was. What do you dislike about GReminders? Not able to communicate with client, except use of auto-replies. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to remind customers about their appointments and able to track whether or not we need to reschedule in a timely manner.
