What do you like best about GReminders? This platform has made my life significantly easier and has greatly increased stick rate with our client meetings. What do you dislike about GReminders? There are a million features which is great but overwhelming to learn all at once. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling and reminding of appointments

"GReminders is fantastic for our business"
What do you like best about GReminders? The things we love about GReminders is that it makes it easy to schedule clients when they can be seen. Using the Round Robin feature our clients can choose next available, too, which is great for them. Also, the support is top notch. What do you like best about GReminders? Knowing if a client will be attending an appointment before hand What do you dislike about GReminders? Nothing. It is a great resource to use in the office. What do you like best about GReminders? It was nice to have a way to have a program to help me schedule all my appointments. It got added to my calendar automatically. It was easy to update my availability. What do you dislike about GReminders? I didn't dislike anything? Maybe it could use a nicer UX. What do you like best about GReminders? The support has been fantastic! I could talk to a real Person! What do you dislike about GReminders? I had to make a google email so the calendar would link. What do you like best about GReminders? We book client meetings 12 months in advance so getting a 14 day and 24 hour reminder is essential to ensure they don't forget we are coming! What do you dislike about GReminders? I cannot get client names embedded onto the remnders. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Supports clients to never forget an appointment or reschedule if needed.

What do you like best about GReminders? Ability to see when a client has responded to a calendar reminder and what their response was. What do you dislike about GReminders? Not able to communicate with client, except use of auto-replies. What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to remind customers about their appointments and able to track whether or not we need to reschedule in a timely manner.
