What do you like best? Formsite makes it very simple to create surveys. They can then be sent to customers via a link, which has worked well in our experience. We also use formsite for taking holiday orders, as the data collection aspect is easy to use and consistently works. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that Formsite's interface doesn't feel bulky or hard to navigate. The dropdown/collapsible style from which options and layouts are selected is very straight-forward. What do you like best? It's very simple to create surveys and forms. The variety of forms gives flexibility to quickly and easily use it for multiple purposes. There's ability to customize with your own graphics. What do you dislike? It took a while to get used to the validation codes. I think it is a little behind the times in that area. What do you like best? That you can route questions based on answers and receive confirmation emails. What do you dislike? It's a little complicated at first, there is a learning curve. It's more formal and has more features that are applicable to registration.
