Creative thinking

Thanks to Alex Gleizer, we now have a method in place to notify us when users un/subscribe to our address books - so a human is always aware of what's going on. Preferences, Programs, and a Preference Center give us visibility into our users choices, and keep us in the loop.

Working closely with Adam Nuno has been a really good experience as he fully understands our Dotdigital marketing model. Working with him every few weeks for quick training on various aspects of the DD platform has been so valuable and allows me to dive much deeper into the platform for sending out different types of campaigns via flow charts or even SMS texting campaigns, etc. I really value Adam's input as my direct DD representative.

As time has passed, the platform has also evolved and released features and fixes that have leveled-up our efforts.
