Contentverse has been an really good application to help us with storing scanned documents. We do batch scanning using a third party template, and getting things exactly right has occasionally been a challenge, but once it is set up, it works wonderfully. And I will say also - they have had the best support team I have ever worked with. We have had to upgrade and move our Contentverse server more than once and they have spent hours helping the tech assigned figure out issues that popped up ...

Gets the job done but somewhat quirky

Product itself can be quirky or temperamental on occasion (not all features work consistently eg. direct save from scan has never worked for me but works great from my personal scanner but works for other people great), occasionally files scan the first page in upside-down). What do you like best? The ease of saving a file as a pdf and saving it electronically. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about ContentVerse Recommendations to others considering the product Don't think twice . . . just use this program. What business problems are you solving with the product?
