We do batch scanning using a third party template, and getting things exactly right has occasionally been a challenge, but once it is set up, it works wonderfully. And I will say also - they have had the best support team I have ever worked with. We have had to upgrade and move our Contentverse server more than once and they have spent hours helping the tech assigned figure out issues that popped up ...

Fazal and JJ are amazing in their ability to quickly resolve the problems that we have had. I don’t think that we have come up with an issue that they didn’t have a quick solution for!
