It simplifies the accounts payable process in a significative way and adds a verification for every movement in a synchronous way vastly reducing the possibilities of a headache in an audit and simplifies the way everything is processed and as long as a vendor is on the system already it can be quickly added, modified or if the amount is the same, reused by copying all values with the click of a few buttons. Easy to use!

What do you like best? you can upload receipts and notes for reference What do you dislike? there is nothing that i dislike, it can just take some time to get used to when you first start using it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? you are solving the problem of reoccurring submissions for reimbursement. On SAP Concur you can upload all your receipts from one trip in one report.

A very time saving and consumer friendly app

What do you like best? I am primarily moving and traveling a lot during my worktime. I sometimes missed out on bills submissions and hence during quarter ends when the workload was high this was an additional activity that I used to do. With SAP concur the process became very simple as we moved to a mobile app , the bills were uploaded and the data is auto-populated which made it time saving and easy to submit claims for me. What do you like best? It's very intuitive therefore minimal training is required in order for staff to start using on their own. I also like that everything is on one platform and allows for quick and easy organizing of business travel and expenses. What do you dislike?
