What do you like best about Close? Close is hugely helpful in keeping track of all prospects and opportunities and allows you to keep all relevant information in one place. What do you like best about Close? What I like about close is that it is a user friendly software and easy to understand and use and navigate. It helps me a lot in doing my job! Kudos to the developers! What do you dislike about Close? The only downside of the software is that it cannot do a three-way call and we can't put our customer on hold. "Close is 100% Amazing!!!"
What do you like best about Close? The tools are straightforward to understand. They also have features that reduce my time, especially when sending emails. I can even monitor my sales report daily. What do you dislike about Close? There is no option to do a three-way call. I hope they can add this so I don't have to disconnect my customer when calling someone to get some information. "Close - an intuitive CRM without the clutter"
What do you like best about Close? Close was very easy to dive right in and start using. I didn't need much of a walkthrough. Coming from Salesforce and HubSpot which are more complicated, it was a breath of fresh air. I also loved the Zapier integrations and ability to pull lists on the fly. What do you dislike about Close? I tried using it as an Outbound SMS tool and cold calling tool, but the numbers were not useful and marked by spam, so noone picked up the calls and we got very few SMS ...

What do you like best about Close? With Close we have found a CRM system that really covers ALL important applications at a fair price. We send emails in less than 5 seconds, manage 200 calls a day per employee without any problems and sort all our leads with the Smartviews so well that our customers regularly ask us how we do it. The first CRM I've encountered "out of the box" with SMS, Virtual Phone, Power "intuitive" Dialing, Email, Smartlists and Centralized Visibility of all communications.
