What do you like best about AvidXchange? I like that once a bill/invoice is coded, I can easily track payment and timeline without spending hours looking. It's helpful when business picks up and multiple invoices come in. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? What do you like best about AvidXchange? The best thing about AvidXchange is the elimination of unnecessary paperwork. It has streamlined the accounts payable production of my firm. What do you like best about AvidXchange? The way we can navigate through Avid easily. I appreciate that it is user-friendly. One of the best things i like about Avid is when I need to pull invoices for CAM reconciliations and it is easy to just pull all the invoices in a file. Has saved me so much time and efficient. What do you like best about AvidXchange? I like the ability to quickly search for invoices based on vendor, location, date, total, invoice #, etc. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? At times the picture of the invoice is slow to appear when approving invoices and I need to refresh the page to eventually get it to appear. What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to quickly find or filter invoices for a specific vendor and/or location throughout history.

What do you like best about AvidXchange? The process is rapid and easy. Easy viewing of the invoice. Looking up an invoice that is needed is very simple and self explanatory. What do you dislike about AvidXchange? There is nothing about Avid that I have had a problem with. Easy to approve invoices, What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? All invoices are in one place, this saves time and keeps invoices organized. Good support.

What do you like best about AvidXchange? Digital Copies of invoices. Easy to research invoices What do you dislike about AvidXchange? It does not automate with our current system. We need an automated way to push the invoices into WennSoft. What problems is AvidXchange solving and how is that benefiting you? Avid is working on a way to import the receiving information into our accounting system.
