"Very good app and user friendly"

What problems is AppZen solving and how is that benefiting you? This app enables the business to automate audit process by uploading receipts and expenses. I would recommend highly this app.

Disbursement reports are now more transparent and error free.

PROS: The submission of weekly expenses is made easy and convenient through Appzen. You can use your mobile phone to take pictures of all the ORs that you were able to compile. Send them to your manager for further assessment, approval, then reimbursement. CONS: They need to look into some features that are not working. Some tasks take longer than the usual to complete because it has to be done manually.

Appzen is a unique and smart platform that can detect anomalies within our financial reports.

PROS: I’ve found a solution on how to cut costs when it comes to transportation expenses. Reporting is easy to formulate and consolidate for a better understanding of all employees. CONS: None. The product is so efficient when it comes to analyzing fraudulent activities within our reports.

PROS: Makes sure that all our expense reports are accurate. AppZen can detect any irregular activities or questionable information within your documents and receipts. CONS: I want to get a comprehensive report on all the audits that are being done per department. But I guess that AppZen is not yet ready when it comes to that particular aspect.

Does a good job detecting any errors or inaccuracies.

PROS: Using an app that is controlled by artificial intelligence certainly works well for us. It does a wonderful job of analyzing both simple and complex data and reports and any inconsistencies on its own. It would automatically scan documents and send out a hit if there’s anything wrong with it so our auditors can look into it right away.
