Never thought a dialer could be so many things

What do you like best? The dialer! It makes calls so much faster. The messenger makes us send texts through the same numbers. I can just click on numbers then make calls through my browser. All the records are there! What do you dislike? The mobile app isn’t as smooth as I wanted it to be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There was no need for multiple programs or devices. It’s less confusing because everything’s just there.

We were able to set up our call center at home in just 3 minutes

What do you like best? Because the app works in the cloud, we were able to move from our office to home in just a few minutes which is great for us as employees because it means we can still work even if the world is on lockdown. We didn’t experience any downtime at all. What do you dislike? Not really a concern for me but I think the interface of the app needs improvement. Our work day has been really really productive

What do you like best? Before, we would have to encode data right after calls. I didn’t know a software could just do that for us. Aloware made us more productive at work because we now just talk to customers. What do you dislike? It took a bit of time for us to master, but after a day, everything’s a breeze. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now just work on our calls and our customers.

Power dialer is really powerful

What do you like best? How it predicts if your outbound call is landing to a voicemail is a different kind of sorcery, but it really works! We’re so thankful for it. “A powerful app which just the right cost”

What do you like best? Phone calls are important in our company so I like that Aloware offers this service and more. We can power dial thousands of numbers and get through all of them in just 2 hours or less! Also, because of their mobile app, I can simply answer customer inquiries even if I am not in front of my computer. What do you dislike? A very easy, friendly and self explanatory tool to use

What do you like best? The overall design contributes to the overall convenience when using the tool. Everything you need is laid out properly in a way where you would see everything that you need in a categorized manner. Aloware is the best contact center software I have ever used.

What do you like best? I like how I can easily dial our contacts using their Power Dialer. It makes me work so much faster and complete all the calls I need to make within a day. Because of this, we are able to connect with leads and close deals much easier. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. I love everything the software has to offer.
