What do you like best about Zype? Zype has a lot to offer - To easily manage the content in the CMS, plus design your own App in the Apps Creator for multiple platforms. What do you dislike about Zype? More Troubleshooting options should be available for the end-users. What problems is Zype solving and how is that benefiting you? Zype is helping us to take our content to the global level and reach the Global Audience, plus an addition of new users from different Mobile and OTT platforms.

"Charged even when I canceled"

What do you like best about Zype? Looked at this service and decided to not use it. What do you dislike about Zype? When we decided that we wont be using it, I canceled my ZypeX subsription via help chat or Phone call, I dont remember. Few days ago, they got charged me for 500$. I thought It some kind of mistake, and send them a message that I have canceled it before, and demand chargeback. I recieved the answer that they have canceled my subsription, but I still can use it for 1 month. ...

What do you like best about Zype? The best part of Zype is their very well documented and extensible API. What do you dislike about Zype? Zype is a bit pricey, so you really have to know what your goals are. What problems is Zype solving and how is that benefiting you? Zype is solving the problem of delivering video on demand over apps on all the major marketplaces.

What do you like best about Zype? Easy to manage metadata around videos, categorize, build playlists, etc. What do you dislike about Zype? I wish there was more integration with YouTube and Dropox. What problems is Zype solving and how is that benefiting you? They went WAY out of their way to make sure we could deliver to a new service just for us. The service didn't make their job easier but they got it done anyway. Their customer service is also top notch.

Email is fine but phone is better.
