Great tool and service

What do you like best? The tool is powerful and intuitive, allowing you to manage all aspects of a digital campaign. The services and support offered on top of the tool are well handled and professional. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike about this product.. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provides a good MA platform for social media marketing and email tools. Better than other tools we have used previously.

What do you like best? The ability to have all marketing resources in one effective dashboard What do you dislike? Calendar for scheduling content and posts could do with some updates What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The Zymplify Platform has enabled us to centralise our marketing efforts its great!

What do you like best? The scheduling of social posts in advance, also the SMS feature which is an unusual added bonus. Building customer specific personas helps us to ensure that our content is on point and what that audience wants to see to ensure a high level of engagement. The ability to automate our entire customer journey is valuable and to be able to see all our campaigns run in real time. What do you like best? I love the time saving element of using the automated email journeys. I save much time and generate so many leads and whilst I'm able to do other work. Great marketing software

What do you like best? I like the multichannel feature. It supports multiple devices and that is unique. What do you dislike? The automated emails were disliked by many of the staff members. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I realized that Zymplify has helped provide some solid leads which have turned into revenue.

What do you like best? Zymplify offers a full scale software integration for multiple different application uses What do you dislike? Pricing is a bit steep and doesn't offer clear economics of scale for implementing more users What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used the integration for financial services -- was able to implement in effects to increase ROI for various products and service lines

What do you like best? Having the ability to manage all of your social posts & Social Media channels in the one place. What do you like best? The team of people working on the various projects we are working on are fantastic. Always available for any queries i may have and they are not afraid to point out where we might be going wrong with our approach.
