Good way for me to track on demand usage

What do you like best? Tracks customer's usage so I don't have to do it manually What do you dislike? Only know how to use the basic features. Besides that I don't have complaints Recommendations to others considering the product: Give your end users a bit of training when they start on how to use Zuora for the use cases What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? figuring out what customers owe and have used. value is not missing out on potential sales

What do you like best? The best thing is the quote characteristics and the reports. I think that the functions of Zuora are very solid and work according to my requirements. What do you dislike? The customer service is poor and the integration with Salesforce is very deficient and cumbersome. It lacks good integration characteristics. What do you like best? I think the reporting and the integration with different credit card gateways is pretty good. What do you dislike? Sporadic syncing issues with Salesforce, and the need of jumping back and forth from Zuora to Salesforce.
