Don't love MXIE

What do you like best? I do like how its always good making outgoing calls to borrowers. Its something very neutral but the call quality works very well. the interface is ok. But overall it gets the job done. What do you dislike? I did not like how you had to figure out all of the complicated software. it took me two months to figure out that in order to receive outbound calls you needed to have MXIE pulled up on your dashboard in order for it to work. Great for small businesses

What do you like best? I like the ability to park calls, and chat with my colleagues. It's a very easy system to learn as well. What do you dislike? The admin console seems really outdated, I feel as if this could be upgraded. Also a bummer that it is not Apple / Mac friendly. Mature, feature rich VOIP system

What do you like best? The option to implement as appliance, VM or cloud hosted is great. You can combine these for high availability and multi locations too. The system has every feature you could imagine and has been consistently improved over the years with regular updates. What do you dislike? Not much. What do you like best? easy to use and navigate -makes it easier to reach out to people and get a faster response What do you dislike? slow to use on VPN or doesn't work well - it hangs or the status does not update What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? internal communication across the company locations - reduces the need to travel or pick up the phone plus easier to respond to.
