Easy to use!
What do you like best? It's an easy way to schedule support and success staff to make sure we've got the right coverage we need. It's great no matter the size of your team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am very pleased with the many capabilities Zoom offers. Especially in the hectic state of everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. Great app
What do you like best? I like the spreadsheet feature where you can see your shift along with your coworkers. What do you dislike? I dislike when the app does not stay on the week you are viewing if you exit the app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to find someone to covert my shift when needed. It is easy to find out who to ask

Easy way to pickup shifts and view our team’s schedule
What do you like best? The ease of picking up shifts when someone needs off. What do you dislike? It was difficult to navigate for me at first, but once I spent time on it that was resolved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I take care to look at my ZS notifications, I can make more money by picking up coworker’s shifts.

The best scheduling software I have ever used
What do you like best? I have been using ZOOM-SHIFT for about 6 months now and I have saved so much time in making staff's time sheet. It is so easy to use and I always get a prompt answer on questions I have asked. Just I like it
What do you like best? The best thing is that I have a work schedule at my disposal and I have been able to create it in a very short time according to the requirements of the company. With ZoomShift we have achieved a positive breakthrough in saving time and we can easily schedule meetings. What do you like best? Easy access to all shifts details. Also we can see shifts assigned to us and can swap or take those shifts accordingly What do you dislike? Can be more user friendly interface.
