What do you like best? ZoomInfo is unlike anything else. You get amazing leads and contacts from InboxAI scanning emails and the internet. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's not always accurate/current; however, it's still the most up to date database with the most information (phones, scoops, technologies, etc). "ZoomInfo is the best with lead data"
What do you like best? ZoomInfo has the most current and up to date information on leads yet - quick to update in SFDC so I can start working! What do you dislike? I don't like that there's no integrations to our SSO so that we have to manually login every day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to contact and engage with prospects so much more efficient and it has made my time in sales so much more turnkey

"Used to be great, but technology is breaking since ZoomInfo purchased Komiko"
What do you like best? Auto updates sales reps inboxes, but it has started to not update them correctly What do you dislike? Technology isn't always working. Contacts are added to the wrong account. Can't blacklist domains to remove without logging a ticket. Doesn't do the best job at updating signature block information. Also now overrides titles in SFDC with ZoomInfo data in certain views, this is an issue as my SFDC data is better than ZoomInfo data. They should just flag when there is a ...

"Helpful tool to understand Momentum in your pipeline"
What do you like best? I really like the visual way Komiko shows interactions at an account. You can see if you are "mutli-threaded" at an account to see how much interaction you've had across all contacts at an account. This is a much easier way to understand activity history at an account in Salesforce. What do you dislike? Sometimes it takea a while to load, and I have not been able to utilize anything but the Komiko object on the account page, haven't leveraged other types of dashboards ...

What do you like best? Komiko helps me keep track of my opportunities by tracking all the activity and customer touch points. It also provides playbooks and coaching to recommend next best steps. "Solved so many problems!"
What do you like best? Ease of use - set it and forget it. No more issues with things not tracking. What do you dislike? Would be nice if they had graphs to show trends over time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our emails were never properly synching to salesforce. Now they do. The big added side benefit was some of the reports that came with Komiko. Easy to read and highlighted some very, very interesting findings!

What do you like best? We love the intuitive user interface, clear graphics, and its powerful engine that allows us to search company communication. What do you like best? the retrievabiltiy of old data in the salesforce integration What do you dislike? nothing I actually like this system a lot but to be frank I do not know much except its SF integration What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The emails sent prior to meetings-- recapping past contact/history What do you dislike? The format can be confusing to digest until you're used to the layout Recommendations to others considering the product: Its a good tool for consolidating info, emails, and data points for quick access. "Works autonomously and as it should"
What do you like best? The linking of emails, contacts and meetings automatically and assigning to the right account and contact is great. I really like the meeting summary I receive from Komiko - who, why and background to the previous discussions. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. As it is automatic there isn’t much to do myself from logging in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me a lot of time and increases my productivity enormously.
