I had an outstanding experience with Zoom’s support team! The representative I wrote with was incredibly patient and took the time to fully understand my issue. They walked me through every step with such clarity and professionalism, making sure I felt supported and informed the whole way. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and helpfulness. Really great for virtual meetings! Clear video and audio quality even with large groups. Whiteboard and screen sharing features are the best compared to other platforms!

Today I had Akeel to install my zoom line , o keel was friendly very tidy and polite. He set up the line and showed me how to link to my new fibre band. Would recommend him to any one. S F Northallerton

Strong customer service
At first, I was kind of annoyed, as I realised I'd been put on the wrong tariff (I only zoom my daughter at Harvard once a week, as a rule). But when I complained, the support person at ZOOM instantly agreed that I should be on the free tariff, and immediately refunded my £155. So I thought she deserved a thumbs-up!!!

What do you like best about Zoom? I enjoy the ease of use - both as a meeting organizer but also as a participant. The available features encourage engagement and participation of those attending events/meetings.

What do you like best about Zoom? Zoom makes it incredibly easy to add people to a call whether scheduled or on the fly. The streaming quality within Zoom is also very high, so you never have to worry about lagging meetings or low-quality video recordings.
