They walked me through every step with such clarity and professionalism, making sure I felt supported and informed the whole way. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and helpfulness. Strong customer service

At first, I was kind of annoyed, as I realised I'd been put on the wrong tariff (I only zoom my daughter at Harvard once a week, as a rule). But when I complained, the support person at ZOOM instantly agreed that I should be on the free tariff, and immediately refunded my £155. So I thought she deserved a thumbs-up!!!

What do you like best about Zoom? Zoom makes it incredibly easy to add people to a call whether scheduled or on the fly. The streaming quality within Zoom is also very high, so you never have to worry about lagging meetings or low-quality video recordings.
