I have been using Zoolz for many years, including the now-discontinued lifetime subscription other reviewers have mentioned. 1TB/$35 Maintenance Fee Issue

OK guys, everybody is griping about the $35/1TB Plan and the msgs about maintenance plan. For now, I'm just ignoring the message.I never got a Account Cancel msg. My account did get locked, don't know why. I msg'ed support and they unlocked. I'm back in business. To my knowledge "No Data Loss", all working as advertised. I'm sticking with it. If anyone has more info, please post.

Account canceled?

I, like many others received an email that my lifetime account would be canceled. However I just when on the Zoolz website, and my account and data is still there. As a backup, the Zoolz program was terrible. To backup less than 700 GB of data it takes seven days for continuous running.

Hassle, but fair offer to repair the time and nerves lost

Since 2 years had a lifetime plan. Like many here, had the 14 days to download and lots of issues with that, felt really like a scam not to say being robbed and quite offended. It took quite a time for them to answer finally, but fair enough deal to repair the time wasted with an alternative. Time is tough I guess for everybody, I knew "lifetime" was kind of too good to be true. Still need to go through the "new" business plan and dashboard, but so far so good, already seems quite better ...

pros:-fast upload/download via the web vault-responsive web interfacecons:-very slow cold storage- cancellation of lifetime plan after 2 years!!!why? You violated your lifetime terms!!!I do not recommend this cloud storage provider.

No respect for customers

same here: cancelled a lifetime plan after 2 years, without refund (except the switch to a discounted business plan), within 15 days.I understand that they want or have to give up the lifetime plans because they miscalculated - business is challenging and changing - but this can be done with fair conditions and respect.After I complained and got some standard text module mails, they offered 2 free years and thereafter a reduced price for the business plan. Terminated my paid lifetime account without explanation. I will be reporting them to FCC.

Lifetime Plan account deleted and data lost

They litterally told me that they do not possess anymore my data after 2 years on a "lifetime" plan. It was only a few gb over the full 2tb possible but yet they deleted my account and all the data and said that the warned me about it (which they didn't) before doing so.You should never use their service, if they mistreat their early adopters I can not forecast how they would treat other users.
