This has been the easiest platform to use for our social media channels. There is a detonate fear from the learning curve needed. But Zoho have an all in one video on YouTube which we followed, and instantly felt confident using the platform. If we can do it ... anyone can!

An Excellent Social Media Management Platform

Zoho is relatively easy to use and incredibly robust. Their offering is one of the best on the market for social media management at this time; that's coming from someone who has used many different social media managment platforms ove the past 10 years. Scheduling and managing content is easy, running reports is quick and simple, and most of all, the platform is actually accessible for small business owners who don't necessarily have tons of free time to learn a new system from the inside out.

Having the ability to crosspost on all our social accounts makes Zoho an amazing digital marketing experience that we plan to use for a long time.

Better than Hubspot by a mile, so far anyway

I have had better support and genuine care about myself and my business from Zoho than I did from Hubspot in a longer period of time. Hubspot really made me feel like I was a paycheque but with Zoho the pricing is reasonable and the support friendly

Basic analytics available on the free version, so not deep insights but better than nothing! I think there should be more features in the free version - esp the calendar view, which is super useful. Writing posts ahad of time and scheduling them. BUT this really should be on the free version too.

Through Zoho

Through Zoho, I have been able to make sales and increase customers. I have been able to do other things while Zoho helps me send posts on social media. It's very good tool.
