Zoho Projects - Full featured, breezy and outstanding customer service
What do you like best? Oh - we think Zoho is setting new benchmarks in providing customer service and that too on a great product. This shows that these guys do not slacken. There is super quick phone, email as well as chat support from within the program. And after about 5 interactions, you know that the person providing support knows the product very well.
