Capable, but seems backwards compared to "sexier" solutions

What do you like best? I like that Zoho Projects is part of a larger suite of Zoho products that I also use. What do you dislike? Zoho products in general, including Zoho Projects, seem to be built to serve the company rather than the users. What do you like best? It allows to keep track of tasks which are pending and also the percentage of task completed. We can retrieve the number of hours taken to complete a certain project which may help in billing the customer. What do you dislike? Great ticketing system for small teams

What do you like best? Managing tickets is really easy, as well as sending notifications to multiple people at once. It's a great product for a team that did not have a useful ticketing system beforehand. You can Follow a ticket to get updates as it moves along with other coworkers. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Zoho has a simple and elegant interface making it easy to find what you are looking for. It's a great way to log time and view projects over a long period of time.
