What do you like best? I love that it is as easy to use as other Zoho apps, however you have to know a bit about marketing. Another thing I like is the extension to Chrome, which is perfect for creating heat maps without accessing the Zoho PageSense portal. What do you like best? Zoho is amazing, so easy to use and super user friendly. There is a wonderful user guide for anyone who wants to quickly learn how to navigate the apps.
