PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Many functions in on app so it's good for having just one integrated app for business. What aspects are problematic or could work better? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Zoho One offers access to a great suite of applications that are easily customizable, and in most cases, they can be integrated. All of this at a fairly reasonable price. There are many pleasing aspects to the design. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Customer support is a nightmare!
