Video and audio have improved significantly than the original trial run.
What do you like best? User interface is decent and intuitive. What do you dislike? Screen sharing looked bad and there was lag. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please implement White board feature in zoho meeting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Even during lockdown we can have meeting/review.

Amazing Platform
What do you like best? Simplicity at its best. Amazing features What do you dislike? The recording of the webinar was in audio-only. I wish to have whole video format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The webinar function was amazing and simple. Without tech knowledge, you can do most of the thing which is amazing.

Very easy to use for big conferences.
What do you like best? The "raise hand" tool is very useful when dealing with larger groups. Very easy to use and get acces to. The presenting tool is very handy. What do you dislike?
